PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User” or “You”) and GeekHack (“We” or “Us”) and governs your use of the FilterKeys Setter software (“Software”).
1. License Grant
GeekHack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You shall not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Use the Software for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Software.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. GeekHack retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. GeekHack DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GeekHack DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL GeekHack BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THE SOFTWARE.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GeekHack with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this Agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by GeekHack.
